From September 3rd to 5th, INSE partners had the fantastic opportunity to present their work at the 1. Future Education Conference at the University of Graz. This interdisciplinary event, titled “Empowering Learners for Tomorrow,” provided the perfect platform to showcase and discuss current research on education, learning, development, and teaching.
Eva Feldbacher introduced the INSE Network Project, explaining its objectives and presenting the innovative methodological approaches developed to foster forward-thinking science education.
Laura Coulson shared insights on the SCIBORG project, which involves the creation of a board game for young people. The game teaches scientific methods in a playful and interactive way, aiming to spark interest in science.
Our partner, Ioana Capatu from PH Niederösterreich, showcased her research conducted within the framework of INSE. At a didactic workshop stand, she presented information and materials on the topic “The Forest of the Future: Performative Impulses for Visionary Science Education.”
Participating in this conference not only allowed us to engage in stimulating discussions and gain valuable insights but also provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen our partnership network and establish new connections.
